Enrolment Documents can ONLY be completed at the school office, not faxed or sent home. They must be filled in by either the parent or guardian of the child.
Please make sure you have all the basic family information to hand ie work, doctors, two friends Tel No's, postal and physical addresses, medical aid details.
Incomplete or Dishonest Information will make your enrolment 'null & void'.
Parent will be contacted if the application is successful.
